Opening in April of 2022, Bluefin was built on the idea that small boat, locally caught fish should be highlighted and celebrated thoughtfully. Offering delicious prepared and ready-to-eat foods, raw bar, fresh fish for home and more, this place is any seafood lovers dream.

Jason has always been inspired by the rugged beauty of the ocean that surrounds us here in New England. Since early childhood he’s been lured by whatever adventure awaits offshore and is humbled daily by the power, diversity, and resilience of nature.
Michael Bullock
director of operations
Since his first service job at Starbucks, Michael has sought to emulate some of the incredible leaders he had worked with. He has focused his career on the ideas that formalized operations and systems don’t have to feel robotic and that individualized engagement methods create stronger and more effective teams.
