Imagine a community spot where you can get a couple pounds of fish, some ingredients to cook it with, and a lobster roll to have for lunch.  Bluefin is creating such a spot – somewhere that embodies the heart of New England.

Seafood has always been a staple of the food culture in New England.  Being filled with coastal communities, the fishing industry in this region runs deep so we believe what’s caught deserves to be thoughtfully cared for and celebrated.  Fishing locally since early childhood, founder Jason Tucker holds a deep connection to the sea and has been providing Massachusetts communities the highest quality fresh local fish for over ten years.  

Opening early 2024, the Bluefin location in Jamaica Plain will be outfitted with a beautiful display packed with fresh seafood and shellfish, several tables for guests to sit down and enjoy a food menu that includes the best oysters the east coast has to offer.  This space will grant us the opportunity to not only offer a wide variety of local seafood species for home, but expand access to high quality takeout seafood via farmers markets, pop-up opportunities, and catering with a larger and better equipped kitchen space.
